Wanda Studio endeavours to keep the information on this site accurate and up to date. We accept no liability for any errors or omissions.

Booking and payment

Studio sessions are booked online. Payment is made by card at the time of booking: the slot is confirmed once payment has been received. Companies wishing to pay by invoice should email us at contact@wanda-studio.com before booking. Prices are quoted in Swiss francs.

Cancellation and rescheduling

You can cancel or reschedule your session free of charge up to 48 hours before the booked time, using the link in your confirmation email. The amount already paid is not refunded: it is carried over to the new slot or held as a credit note, valid for one year from the date of the original booking. With less than 48 hours’ notice, the session remains payable in full. If Wanda Studio itself has to cancel a session, the full amount is refunded.

Delivery times and guarantee

Raw files are handed over to you at the end of the session. When the package you have chosen includes editing, the edited content is delivered within 48 working hours of the end of the session.

This period starts once we have everything needed for delivery. It is suspended while we are waiting for something from you (an approval, text, a logo, access to an account, the choice of a version), and resumes as soon as we receive it.

If we miss this deadline for a reason attributable to us, the editing fee is refunded in full on written request to contact@wanda-studio.com within thirty days of delivery. The refund covers the editing portion of the service and cannot exceed the amount actually paid for the session concerned. Force majeure is excluded.

Receipt and approval of content

Once the edited content is made available, that is, once the download link is sent, you have fourteen calendar days to check it and notify us in writing, at contact@wanda-studio.com, of any defect or non-conformity with the agreed brief, describing it precisely. This period is more favourable to you than the statutory one, which requires inspection as soon as the ordinary course of business allows (art. 367 para. 1 of the Swiss Code of Obligations, CO).

If you raise no written objection within this period, the content is deemed received, inspected and accepted (art. 370 para. 2 CO). Defects that could not be detected in a normal inspection, or that we have intentionally concealed, are excepted: report them as soon as you discover them. Your rights in that respect are time-barred two years after receipt (art. 371 para. 1 CO).

A defect reported within this period is corrected at our expense: two rounds of corrections are included in the service. If correction proves impossible, or if we fail to carry it out within a reasonable time, the price is reduced proportionately; and if the content is so non-conforming that you cannot use it, you are entitled to reject it (art. 368 CO).

Once the content has been accepted, whether expressly or for want of an objection, the price is final and no refund is due. Nor does booking online confer any right of withdrawal: Swiss law provides none for a contract the customer concludes remotely on their own initiative, as art. 40a et seq. CO cover only doorstep selling and similar contracts.

This clause affects neither the delivery guarantee above — the refund of the editing portion in the event of a delay attributable to us remains due — nor our liability for wilful intent or gross negligence, which the law does not allow us to exclude (art. 100 para. 1 CO). It applies to edited content and to delivered websites. Raw files handed over at the end of the session are to be checked within the same fourteen-day period. The marketing subscription is governed by the law on mandates and may be terminated at any time (art. 404 CO); only services already performed remain payable.

Website creation

The delivery time quoted for building a website runs from receipt of all content (text, images, technical access) and payment of the agreed deposit. It is suspended while we are waiting for your approval.

If this deadline is missed for a reason attributable to us, the amount paid is refunded to you in full, on written request within thirty days of the scheduled delivery date. Force majeure and delays caused by a third party (hosting provider, registrar, content supplier) are excluded.

Applicable law

These terms are governed by Swiss law. Any dispute falls within the jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic and Canton of Geneva.

Data collected

When you book via Calendly or send us a contact request, we collect: surname, first name, email address, telephone number and the content of your message.

Use of data

Your data is used solely to process your bookings and respond to your requests. It is never sold or passed on to third parties for commercial purposes.

Retention period

Your data is kept for 3 years from your last interaction with Wanda Studio.

Your rights (Swiss FADP)

In accordance with the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP), you have the right to access, rectify and delete your data. To exercise these rights: contact@wanda-studio.com

Cookies

This site sets two categories of cookies. Necessary cookies make the site work: they enable the Calendly booking system and form submissions. They are set without asking for your consent, because the site cannot function without them.

Analytics and advertising cookies are only set after your explicit consent, given via the banner that appears on your first visit. They are used to measure site traffic and evaluate our advertising campaigns. Until you have accepted, none of these cookies is set and the corresponding scripts are not loaded.

Third-party services and recipients

Always active. Calendly Inc., United States, for appointment booking. Netlify Inc., United States, for hosting and receiving forms. Stripe Inc., United States, for processing card payments. Anthropic PBC, United States, for the site's chat assistant, which receives only the content of your conversation.

Subject to your consent. Google Ireland Ltd. for Google Analytics, Google Ads and Google Tag Manager, including the Microsoft Clarity analytics tool that depends on it. Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd. for the Meta pixel and the Conversions API.

These providers act as processors and have their own privacy policies. Some are established outside Switzerland and the European Union: transfers are based on the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

Data controller

Purposes of processing

Your data is processed to: manage your bookings and payments, respond to your contact and quote requests, send you the documents you have requested, and measure site traffic and evaluate our advertising campaigns if you have consented. It is neither sold, rented nor passed on to third parties other than the providers listed above.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, to restrict or object to its processing, and the right to data portability. To exercise these rights, write to contact@wanda-studio.com: we reply within thirty days.

If you are not satisfied with our reply, you may refer the matter to the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC), Feldeggweg 1, 3003 Berne, or to the supervisory authority of your country of residence if you live in the European Union.
