07Frequently asked questions
Before you book.
What should I bring?
Nothing technical: microphones, cameras, lighting and the control room are provided. Just bring your notes and, if you wish, a USB stick to take the files away with you.
How many people can take part?
Up to 4 people on set. For larger groups, write to us at contact@wanda-studio.com: we will adapt the set-up.
How does payment work?
Payment is made online by card when you book: your slot is confirmed once payment has gone through. Companies that prefer an invoice can write to us at contact@wanda-studio.com before booking.
Can I cancel or reschedule?
Yes, free of charge up to 48h before your slot, via the link in your confirmation email. The amount already paid is not refunded: it is carried over to your new slot or kept as a credit note, valid for one year.
How long does delivery take with editing?
Your edited content is delivered within 48 working hours after the session. The raw files are handed over at the end of the session. The clock starts once we have everything we need from you: the details are in our terms and conditions.
What happens after the content is delivered?
You have fourteen days to check it and report any defect to us in writing. We fix it at our own expense, and two rounds of corrections are included. If we hear nothing from you within that period, the content is deemed accepted and the service is no longer refundable. Defects that a normal check could not have revealed remain covered: the details are in our terms and conditions.
Is set-up time charged?
No. We welcome you 15 minutes before your booked time to set up the microphones and cameras: that time does not come out of your slot.
