Social feeds are watched in silence: every video is written to be understood without sound. Hook at the top of the frame, subtitles sentence by sentence, decisive words in colour, one idea per episode. The legal substance stays rigorous; the delivery becomes immediate.

A pioneer in banking law.

A member of the Paris Bar since 1987, Anne-Valérie Benoit founded the leading firm on Swiss franc loans. Counsel to the CEPHI collective in the Helvet Immo case, in 2021 she obtained a landmark ruling from the Court of Justice of the European Union, which paved the way for these loans to be annulled. More than 500 borrowers have since been freed through her efforts.
